If you have not been in Minnesota for the “Christmas blizzard of ’09″ (as Nat calls it) I partly feel bad for you, because it was beautiful.
Cal (our commenter) came over and helped us shovel.

Today it got really icy, though, so we will not even feel bad about leaving the state for Arizona for a little time with Nat’s extended family.
The bad news is that I did not win the annual McIntyre chocolate chip cookie contest. The good news is that Nat didn’t either, so he can’t really gloat.

Hope everyone’s Christmas seasons were wonderful and safe! We are still on the lookout for farms or other opportunities until this spring when the rest of the farms open up again. We will keep you all posted, and if you hear of anything, let us know!
